David W. Gregory

David Gregory focuses his practice on public finance, commercial, corporate and business law.  He has served as bond counsel in various transactions, including those involving conduit revenue bond issuances on behalf of health and educational institutions and general obligation indebtedness issued on behalf of various state and local entities.  David has also served as underwriter’s counsel in various transactions throughout the country, including revenue bond offerings in both the public offering and limited public offering contexts.  He has represented borrowers in tax-exempt and taxable financings in the private placement arena.  David also represents lenders in both secured and unsecured financings.  He has experience in advising companies on corporate governance matters, general business law issues and matters respecting commercial litigation and administrative proceedings.  David is a member of the Delaware and Maryland bars and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
