Ellie Pinto
Ellie Pinto’s practice focuses in public finance and includes serving as bond, underwriters’, disclosure, and Issuer’s (special and corporate) counsel on various taxable and tax-exempt financings. This experience covers a wide variety of debt, including general obligation, revenue (sales and income tax, water and sewer, transportation, education), single and multi-family housing bonds revenue, asset-backed securitizations, revenue and tax anticipation notes, variable rate securities and tax advantage leasehold financings, including the recent John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4 Project. Ellie also has experience serving as corporate counsel in connection with the extension of the expiration date of certain irrevocable letters of credit.
Ellie is a member of the New York bar, with pending admission to the Maryland bar and is an active member of Northeast Women in Public Finance, the Municipal Forum of New York, and serves as a Mentor with the Urban Leadership Fellows Program.
